Return Process
Email us at info@wyldjungle.com subjected with your Order Number in this email please specify your reason for return. Please allow 2-3 business days for our response.
You will receive an email back with a Return Authorization Number. Please put the Return Authorization Number on the box If there isn’t a Return Authorization Number on the box your return will not be accepted.
If your order is not eligible for return we will respond letting you know.
- Your items have a 14 day return policy.
- You have 14 days from the day of receipt to contact us with a return request.
- Any order returned after 14 days will not be refunded.
- We do not provide return labels. If the return is our fault, we'll cover this charge.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN"). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.

When does shipping take place?
Shipping will occur between Monday and Friday each week.
How will you ship my table
Shipping will be via Fedex within the United States and its outlying territories.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Additional processing time may be required during Sale or Promotional periods due to above average order volume. We thank you for your patience as we are always working as quickly as possible to ship your orders!
*Note that processing times may vary due to global supply shortages.
Incomplete Address & Undelivered Packages
BloomingTables is not responsible for packages that are returned to our facility by USPS due to incomplete or incorrect address. Please double check the shipping address provided during the checkout process to ensure that your package arrives at its final destination safely.
In order to have your package resent, BloomingTables will charge for a new shipping fee. Packages will only be resent once the original package has been returned to BloomingTables.
Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the arrival date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. *30 day return policy does not apply to Christmas gifts. We will accept any Christmas gift return until Jan 15th.
*Note, we are unable to accept any returns for our live Plant Kit products.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@wyldjungle.com and let them know the reason for your return. After confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally! There is an additional shipping fee calculated at checkout. Note, shipping fee does not include any VAT/duties owed.

PET CARE, SKINCARE AND HEALTH PRODUCTS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
